Issue
While trying to edit a data form in Planning application, error message stating "The data form is currently in use and is locked by user".Cause
When the data form is closed using the using 'User AB' and not the buttons on the bottom of the screen this would have caused the form to unlock.Solution
To resolve this issue take the following steps:1. Login as the Admin user, open the web form and close the web form using one of the buttons provided at the bottom of the Edit window (i.e. save or cancel).
2. No changes need to be made, just closing the window without using 'User AB' should solve the issue and the web form should be editable again.
